What are your rates?

Our rates are designed to accommodate groups of all sizes! For up to 10 participants, our starting rate is $750. If your group is larger, we got you! It's just $60 for each additional participant up to 20 people. And for those really big gatherings with more than 20 eager mixologists, we offer a special group rate. Just reach out, and we'll tailor something just for you!

I'd like to add something special for my group as a memento. What do you have available?

Absolutely! Elevate your event with our branded ACW barware kits, stylish waxed canvas bartender aprons, or a unique infusion jar for each guest. These are perfect for continuing the cocktail magic at home and make unforgettable keepsakes. It's an irresistible addition that'll make your workshop truly memorable!

Where do you operate?

We’re on the move! If you’re in San Antonio, Austin, Fredericksburg, or anywhere in the Hill Country, we’re coming to you. Your place or venue, we’re there to shake things up!

What's included and what do I need to provide?

You're in for a full-service experience! We supply the expertise, tools, and the party atmosphere. All you need to provide is the space for the magic to happen and the alcohol from our suggested list. We make sure your event is unforgettable.

Can we tip our host?

Yes, please! Tips are a fantastic way to show appreciation for our mixologist's dazzling skills and charisma.

Is there a travel fee?

It depends on your event's location. A travel fee up to $100 may be applicable, ensuring we bring our best to you.

Can underage guests participate, and do you offer non-alcoholic options?

Absolutely! Everyone can join in with mocktail versions for those not drinking alcohol. We pride ourselves on inclusivity, offering tasty non-alcoholic alternatives to ensure nobody misses out on the fun.

How does your service ensure legitimacy, insurance, background checks, and health compliance?

We're fully insured and adhere strictly to health compliance standards, ensuring a top-notch experience for all our clients. For your safety and peace of mind, we also provide an email with a picture of your workshop host 48 hours prior to your event start time. This level of dedication and transparency sets us apart from the competition, guaranteeing not just fun, but also a safe and professional experience.
