What to Expect

Please join Invitation Yoga & Events and Assemble Cocktail as we celebrate summer with an original yoga, sound bath, and cocktail experience. Begin your evening with sun salutation yoga on the lawn, accessible to all levels of experience. Participants are encouraged to set an intention to "be your own sunshine" this season, recognizing that all you need is already within you. End your practice with a guided relaxation and mini sound bath, and then get ready for a cocktail mixology workshop with refreshing drinks for the hot months ahead. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle, and prepare to feel encouraged, nourished, and full of sunshine.
